Much of their work is ground-up/wood-frame and their pipeline is built out for several years.

Description

The Lead Superintendent | Multifamily Projects is responsible for:

* Reporting to the General Superintendent of the company

* Managing one multifamily project, between $30 million and $100 million in value

* Ensuring top quality work on site, and holding subcontractors accountable

* Driving the schedule forward and making sure the job finishes on time

* Overseeing at least one Assistant Superintendent on a respective project

The Successful Applicant

The Lead Superintendent | Multifamily Projects has:
* At least 7 years of construction experience

* Led a minimum of two projects, over $20 million in value

* An understanding of multifamily, wood-framework

* A Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field* Excellent communication skills
