Kforce’s client, an industry leading software company in Waltham, MA is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager with proven leadership skills.

In the highly visible role, you will lead a global team of product managers tasked with defining the portfolio of innovative products used by customers around the world.Responsibilities Include:

• Lead Product Manager will oversee execution and delivery of the roadmap
• Define, lead, and execute a results-driven process for product management
• As a Lead Product Manager, you will manage, mentor, and cultivate a small team of product managers
• Coach team to breakdown complex problems, develop strategies, and collaborate to deliver solutions
• Lead Product Managers partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to deliver a unified and best-in-class customer experience
• Drive the execution of business plans and projects by identifying the customer and operational needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Previous experience in a technical role (software engineer preferred)
• Industry experience in Robotics, 3D Design or Manufacturing Automation or related
• Ability to influence product direction and build consensus for vision
• Passion for building products that users love
