We are looking to hire a BOH Supervisor with fast food experience, who is able to start training immediately.

Job duties include: * Assisting in the smooth, safe running of the kitchen operation* Keeping the kitchen, serving areas and outside refuse area to a high standard of cleanliness* Continually striving towards achievement and improvement* Creating and ensuring the completion of cleaning rosters* Preparing the weekly chemical and cleaning materials order* Ensuring the Line Cooks are kept aware of any relevant feedback * Reporting any issues that may occur* Day to day supervision of the Kitchen team* Job requires multi-tasking and efficiency.
