We are looking for a Knowledge Associate Consultant to join our team as an instructor and future subject matter expert focusing on SAP Business Technology Platform.
Support customer adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform by teaching our learners how to get the most out of our software.
Get to know SAP’s technology portfolio and build your own network at SAP as you work closely with product management, consulting, and other teams in SAP Learning to provide a world class training curriculum.
Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver trainings to customers and SAP employees
– at an SAP or customer site, in a virtual SAP Live Class or as a hybrid offering.
Building learning content according to our Digital First strategy.
Moderate and support learner communities.
Set up and maintenance of training landscapes.
Your Profile:
University degree or equivalent education degree in e.g., business, human resource education, blended learning or eLearning, information management, business information technology
Very good presentation skills in German and English
Experience building digital learning, eLearning
Instructional design experience for technical content
Very interested in finding out how to work with software and showcasing this to others
First working experience in a multinational environment or working with SAP Business Technology Platform, system integration, application development or intelligent technologies
High degree of customer orientation that goes beyond training delivery
