Managing the Back End Domain Firmware Team in San JoseCoordinating with the SRDC global firmware organizationInteracting with partner teams such as Validation, Hardware, and Product SupportReporting status and raising issues with Kioxia engineering executivesSkillsCapability with firmware development processes, including performance and qualityExperience mentoring and developing junior and mid-career engineersStorage experience with SSD development, particularly NVMe productsExperience with creating and maintaining shipping productsRequirements15+ years of hands-on experience in firmware and software products including design, development, hardware validation and debugging5+ years in a senior leadership role managing global engineering teamsStrong knowledge of C / C++5+ years of experience of PCIe / NVMe SSDFamiliarity with storage technologies, NAND management & Caching softwareStrong leadership and communication skillsEducationBS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar degreeMS preferredAdditional InformationReq# 2052; All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
