Job Summary:KinderCare Education is looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the development of the KCE Digital Family Experience Program.

This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, structures, and technology.

The primary responsibility will be working with the program’s portfolio team to maximize employee adoption, optimize training, and minimize resistance to changes that improve the family experience.

The Change Manager will design strategies and communications that promote proficiency with changes that impact employees.

This role will engage with executives, business stakeholders, and partners throughout all levels of the company.

This position leverages both change management and communications skills to consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed business expectations.Key responsibilities include: Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the Digital Family Experience Program.

Develop and deploy methods for ongoing measurement of transition effectiveness and impact.

Use data and other learnings to propose, test, and establish communications channels, content, and tools that support stakeholder needs and organizational goals.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Plan, schedule, and track deliverables using appropriate tools.

Comprehend business needs/objectives, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge, and translate them into executable tactics.

Implement and manage change interventions to achieve desired outputs.

Support the monitoring of progress against portfolio OKR’s and reporting to all stakeholders.Qualification:Experience: 3+ years of change management experience in a corporate environment, focused on large-scale transformational change 3+ years internal communications experience including designing and delivering a communications plan from conception to execution Experience working in agile teams, especially on enterprise-wide engagements that span multiple departments and/or business lines Experience facilitating and presenting to multiple stakeholders, including c-level executivesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working in a value-based release cycle, especially in a continuous delivery or portfolio environment that is forming or changing regularly Strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Comfortable translating between high-level strategy and executing the minutia Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing; able to adapt communication style depending on stakeholder needs Enjoy the challenge of designing new frameworks and processesNice to haves: Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, etc) Agile certification or training (e.G.
