We deliver high quality janitorial services and provide direct communication to our clients and great Supervisors are essential to our success.
As the Supervisor, you’ll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews.
You are the right-hand person to the Area Manager.

Pay rate: $38,000 40,000 per yearDays & Times: Tuesday Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm.
Off on Mondays.Total of 40 hours each week.Criminal History check, drug screen and e-Verify requiredValid driver’s license required.
Moto Vehicle Report requiredResponsibilities:Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.Perform site inspections.
Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.Complete other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned by the Area ManagerProper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment and ability to train new employees on sameCover staffing shortages or identify other employees to cover shifts.Qualifications:At least 1 year (we’d love more!) of supervisory experience At least 1 year (we’d love more!) of janitorial experienceMust maintain a clear driving record.Ability to lift 30 lbs.
on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
unassisted.Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
