You will be responsible for ensuring your assigned clients receive best-in-class support and derive maximum value from the SaaS tools Juristat provides.

Our Client Success Team manages all post-sales efforts, regularly checks in with clients, provides feedback for our product development, and builds a trusted relationship with each of our corporate and law firm clients.Client Success Specialist II ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolutionProviding best-in-class onboarding and training for new clientsCreatively and consistently communicating the value of our products and servicesConsult with clients and deliver analyses of Juristat’s impact on their IP practice goals or initiativesEnsure successful renewal of annual contracts by delivering continuous value to clients Proactively identify at-risk clients and partner with Sales to identify opportunities with current clientsDraft client-facing documentation including support articles, FAQs, marketing materials, and participate in quarterly client education webinarsRespond to calls, chats, and emails in a professional and positive manner ensuring responses are complete, accurate, and conform to company core values and policiesContribute to Client Success Team growth and scalability through ongoing internal projects and initiativesQualifications And SkillsWe are receptive to (and encourage!) team members to have new and creative ideas to improve our processes and work environment and we recognize the benefits and advantages that having team members with different backgrounds and technical experiences provides.

The right applicant for this position will learn our current processes and infrastructure and suggest ideas for improvement.

We are looking for people to join our team who can do the above and have the following qualifications and skills:Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, legal studies, or another related discipline (preferred)3+ years of client success or account management experience in a B2B or B2C organizationSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically and who likes working in an agile, ever-changing business environmentAbility to think strategically about client relationships and issues Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders at client organizationsProficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs/DriveExcellent attention to detail Ability to quickly learn and use new software and web applications (both Juristat products used by clients and internal tools)Compensation And BenefitsWe value our employees and offer competitive salary and benefits, including:Competitive base salaryHealth, Dental, and Retirement benefits offeredUnlimited vacation + all major holidaysQuarterly $250 professional development budgetFun and flexible work environment!Juristat is an equal opportunity employer.
