You have at least 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Assist throughout the life cycle of the account, including, but not limited to: Order Loss Runs Prepare Summary of Insurance Maintaining accuracy of AMS360 applications and ImageRight files Assist in Marketing of Renewals Preparing shells of Proposals Prepare Invoices and follow up on aged receivables/payments Issue certificates of insurance Process endorsements online and via email with carriers Check policies ensure each policy is delivered to the customer within 30 days of receipt Check endorsements to ensure accuracy and delivery to insured Perform routine clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and operating office machines Any other tasks the department deems necessary Maintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processed Duties are done in a team environment Attend in-house educational sessions/classes as requested by leadership Other duties or special projects may be assigned Required Skills WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 1 years’ experience in Property & Casualty preferred Property & Casualty License preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to read, write, and speak in English Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Desire to be a continuous learner PERKS OF THE JOB: Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Paid time off Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.
