This person will provide leadership for the multiple location grain, agronomy and trucking operations of the company.The successful individual will be a positive, innovative thinker and have an enthusiastic passion and commitment to developing and working in a team oriented and family friendly business environment.

This person must be an excellent communicator who possesses strong emotional intelligence, managerial courage, and leadership ability.

Decisiveness, self-confidence, humility, and unquestionable integrity are key.As the company continues to find new and better ways to meet the needs of a loyal customer base, the new GM will help set, enunciate, and carry out a clear vision for the entire team.

There will be challenges, so we re looking for someone who knows the secret to success is developing a strong team, creating a workplace that no one wants to leave, and relentlessly serving the farmer customer.You will join a team with many highly qualified and experienced professionals who will thrive under strong, confident leadership.

Your outlook should be positive, even when situations or seasons may look grim.The ideal candidate will have successful grain and / or agronomy management experience, strong financial and accounting exposure, and a diverse education built around multiple areas of agribusiness, including economics, sales, leadership, operations and transportation.
