Overview:The Manager, Contract Operations, Pricing, & Analytics provides real-time monitoring, analytical and operational agreements utilizing a secondary system. This individual will compile, analyze, and interpret both internal and external data sources to provide insight within the analysis. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on operational performance and developing capacity plans to meet the service level expectations.Responsibilities:Administer commercial agreements within Knipper’s operating systems based upon the terms and conditions of our client’s customer agreementsMonitor contract requirements to ensure Knipper’s compliance with contract termsWork with client services to ensure contract bids are appropriateManage and maintain contracts, including loading of contract terms and conditions as well as data analytics and processing of paymentsEnter contract utilization monthly and performing system validationsProducing payment approval reportsResponsible for system maintenance and data stewardship, working closely with our business partners and internal IT teams to ensure daily continuity of essential job functions.Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment within the contracted payment terms.Utilize post-process data for various reporting and business analytics needs to aid internal team as well as other cross-functional teams.Utilize system for contract utilization scrubbing and analysis.Manage any ad-hoc project requests as needed.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to support disputes & adjustments, in accordance with contract terms.Utilize reporting functionality and other data sources in order to analyze rebate trends and share insights.Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Marketing & Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate and compliant vendor and data informationMonitor the industry to stay abreast of current developments.
