IT Program Manager Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a IT Program Manager for a contract position in Macon, GA.

Opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The role of Commercial Testing & Acceptance Program Manager will report directly to the Global Sales Enablement Leader for Global Sales Operations at Client.

In this role you will be responsible for the Client business process testing and coordination for the Commercial tower (SIT and UAT) and support the global UAT effort between towers (i.e., Lead to Cash workflow) as the Waves progress and get implemented.

You will be working with each of the Regional Process Owners and the Regional Sales Operations Leaders to ensure that the defined business process is followed, are tested, and any gaps are addressed and corrected with the Client project teams and the Commercial Global Process Owner.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The role of Commercial Testing Program Manager will report directly to the Global Sales Enablement Leader for Global Sales Operations/Client As Commercial Testing Program Manager, this individual will support the Client testing for the Commercial tower (SIT and UAT) and between towers (i.e., Lead to Cash workflow) You will be responsible for UAT planning activities which include: Establish acceptable UAT success metrics and report out against metrics on a regular cadence.

Ensure all use cases are identified and documents.

Oversee the development of all test case specifications that satisfy each use case.

Makes assignments of test cases by role/individual and see that all test cases are executed completely.

Working with Client, establish daily/weekly schedule for execution of test cases.

Establish how testers will identify and document defects to the developers.

Develop test status communication process and provide regular test status communications to Client and program leadership.

As Client is a multi-year implementation, this role will be plan and execute multiple, global UAT plans.

Identifying critical activities and issues Work with Client IT and Client to leverage staff in designing and constructing test cases and test scripts.

Working with Regional Sales Operations Leaders and teams to recruit testers of Salesforce CRM and CPQ solution Working with Regional /Sub-Region / Territory Leaders and sellers to recruit testers of Salesforce CRM and CPQ solution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 7 years’ experience in a successful Project Management role 5 years’ experience in using and participating in projects that use Salesforce CRM and related suite of applications.

Experience with sales operations and direct sales Proven track record of working with cross-functional business leaders to achieve difficult objectives.

An understanding of the Retail Industry and its leading brands Ability to act as a strategic partner, trusted advisor.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills High-energy, can-do attitude Willingness to learn, adapt and overcome challenges and obstacles.

Driven and able to work under pressure.

Passionate about change people, process and tools Strong relationship building and influencing skills.

Well versed with commercial models, testing practices, program management Innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive the business forward.

In-depth understanding, and expert utilization of testing practices and technologies, test script development and best practices Ability to develop strong relationships.

Proven experience of working in similar role in a retail-solutions, professional services, sales, IT or consulting environment.

Preferred: Proven experience/ability of working closely within a large integrated environment.

The knowledge and expertise to leverage cross-functional high performing teams to deliver global targets leveraging program management experience and expertise.

Proven experience in managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders in matrixed organizations.

Have personally led or supported large global programs.
