Overview The Customer Success Reporting team has an exciting opportunity to provide industry leading solutions for interacting with data.
We are looking for a Senior Reporting Manager that can work with stakeholders to build out real-time and historical reporting solutions.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that our Customer Success teams have insights to the best possible measurement systems, data refresh rates and visualizations empowering insights to drive the business.
You will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage the report building process from end-to-end.
You will establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization, and be viewed as a team player.
This team member partners closely with data analytics, engineering, product management, operations, and customer success leaders across Intuit.

What you’ll bring * 3+ years of experience leading teams supporting reporting and data solutions driving actionable business insights.* Ability to get results through others and drive team members to deliver their best work.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.* Background with business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense and/or Tableau.* Understanding of SQL and relational databases such as Redshift.* Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for data visualization and navigation.* Proficiency with statistical methodologies, KPI creation and how to build valuable measurement systems.* Background in near-time or real-time data solutions (Wavefront, Splunk, Grafana, etc.) and understanding of how to best balance speed, performance and accuracy.* Technical undergraduate degree (Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)* Experience with Alteryx ETL tools a plus.* Experience with Javascript a plus.* Experience with web design (CSS, HTML, etc.) a plus.* Background in leveraging unstructured data (JSON, document stores, etc.) a plusEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
How you will lead * Engage with product management teams to review requirements and build execution plans and comprehensive roadmaps.* Deliver results through your team with proper expectation setting, coaching and stakeholders management.* Evaluate quarterly and annual goals to build out executable roadmaps that can be leveraged by team members and external stakeholders.* Work with data teams and engineers to evaluate data availability and metric accuracy within the reporting pipeline.* Maintain a clean reporting inventory that is easy to navigate and leverage for business insights.* Rapidly prototype ideas to expose data to users and gather feedback for iterative builds towards target state.* Engage with peers and stakeholders to drive UI/UX templates and customer focused design standards.* Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions* Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure data solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various users.* Support the Qlik Sense inventory of reports through net new dashboards and gaining expertise in existing solutions.* Maintain and build out the reporting portal that houses and organizes our content.* Work within the team to push solutions for near-time data visualization and insights.* Participate in bug triage and resolution across various data domains owned by the team.
