The Operating Room Clinical RN Manager will oversee inpatient operations for this active unit offering multiple surgical specialties including orthopedic, gynecology, and general surgery. This is a stellar opportunity for a highly skilled Surgery Nurse Manager to be an influential change agent and improve patient care across the entire service line.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Inpatient Operating Room RN Manager will promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will mentor, coach, and supervise 8 direct reports including nurses and surgical technicians. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will also lead efforts to collect and analyze data to evaluate performance improvement projects and collaborate with other health care teams and the community as needed.
