We’re looking for an amazing addition to lead the personal care brands on our growing Innovation (physical products) team.
Grove’s Owned Brands portfolio is the driving force behind the company’s exponential growth.
We create innovative, consumer-centric, sustainable home and personal care brands and products that set the industry standard.
As the Innovation Director, Personal Care you will lead our Peach, Superbloom and Rooted Beauty brands.
You will be responsible for setting the near and long term product roadmap and for building best in class brands in collaboration with the Innovation Manager, VP of Owned Brands and the Owned Brands multifunctional team (product marketing, packaging, creative, etc.).
Your vision will help make clean, sustainable personal care the natural choice for homes across America.
You’ll work with a network of like-minded manufacturers and across the Grove organization to bring leading edge new products to market and to build the future of personal care.

YOUR IMPACT
Work with the VP of Owned Brands Innovation and the Innovation Manager to chart out the next 1-5 years for our personal care brand.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and sustainability advancements to ensure that our personal care owned brands lead the way.
Track performance of products and categories to inform the roadmap.
Work with the Innovation Manager to ensure projects are being managed effectively, stage gate is on track and launches are delivered on time, full.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring products to market together successfully as a company.
Own pricing strategy and ensure that we continue to meet margin requirements by brand as portfolio grows.
Collaborate with inventory to determine no go forward SKUs.
Ensure the Innovation Manager is set-up for success with clear direction on priorities, strategy and deadlines.
Help build the team and effectively delineate roles and responsibilities.
Work together to ensure the broader Owned Brands team is aligned on priorities and strategy.
Constantly find ways to make the team more effective and efficient.
Help build systems that can scale with the team.
Get involved on complex issues or negotiations when needed to seek quick resolution.
Work with the Director of Product Marketing to ensure launches align with brand strategy and target consumer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market process.
