iLending is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to support our Sales departments across multiple locations.

The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational management of the Sales department.

The Director will research, develop, implement, and oversee projects and initiatives related to expanding, optimizing, and streamlining departmental processes.Full-TimeIn-Office (not remote)Salary: $96,000 base salary + $50K total bonuses (both annual & monthly bonuses) per yearTotal potential compensation: $146,000 per yearABOUT US:Founded in 2006, iLendingDIRECT is a national leader in automotive refinancing.

iLendingDIRECT was named one of the Denver Post’s 2017 “Top Workplaces” and has been annually honored as one of the Denver Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” since 2016.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:This is a “hands-on” role that will oversee the following:Oversee daily operations of Sales funding, Sales admin & Approvals teamWork as intermediary for Sales site directors and other departmentsBe point-of-contact for all deals in-houseTeam with department leaders to integrate new business and ever-evolving processesMonitor phones systems and call times, report findings to appropriate dept managerHelp ensure that all sales teams are following established processes and flowsDetermine hiring needs for sales departmentsEvaluate performance, mentor staff, assess abilities, foster skills, and set goalsAssess metrics and data reports to determine areas for improvement and provide solutionsDevelop positive, cooperative relationships with all business partnersResolve consumer complaints received by mail, phone, emailPerform additional duties as neededEDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.

Master’s a plus.Minimum of five (5) years of management experience.Proven people leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of associatesStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate options, and develop agency solutions.Ability to prepare comprehensive reports that represent ideas clearly and concisely; ability to research andanalyze key metricsAbility to plan and execute strategies.
