KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Identity & Access Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Act as an individual contributor with extensive subject matter expertise to shape the Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability roadmap and timeline and ensure those capabilities meet business needs, security standards and comply with firm policy

+ Achieve strategic objectives in IAM using breakthrough thinking to create strategic plans and roadmap plans; ensure an overall architecture with consistent uses of data and significant reuse of technology and business services throughout building design; drive integration across all aspects of identity architecture

+ Build a collaborative commitment to IAM strategy by considering and evaluating different points of view; create a cohesive argument and improve the portfolio planning model

+ Collaborate with leaders, define architecture by analyzing information requirements; determine systems architecture, components, and technologies; study business capabilities; develop points of views on emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.

+ Provide coaching, guidance and direction on IAM projects, ensuring overall fit with architecture direction

+ Complete unbiased analysis of technology options and develop a practice to determine, approve and manage preferred technologies; maintain a list of approved technologies; create communication strategies that will guide the organization to standard technologies or create new standards as development needs arise

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of ten years of recent experience supporting an IAM technology team and technical projects

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree preferred

+ Experience in an IT environment as an architect delivering enterprise solutions in the IAM domain; Strong knowledge in user provisioning, directory services, authentication, authorization, public key infrastructure and identity federation

+ Hands on experience with large scale enterprise identity and access management systems; hands on experience with Azure AD (AAD), Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and LDAP; firm understanding of SailPoint, Okta, IBM Data Power or similar API Gateway tool(s)

+ Proven experience with working with IAM in Azure, Office 365 and AWS and working with IAM utilizing Cloud Identity Brokers; Experience with scripting and/or development tools used with application integration into identity and access management systems

+ US Citizenship required
