The HubSpot Onboarding Specialist role serves as the face and the personality of our company.
The HubSpot Onboarding Specialist will form lasting partnerships with our clients and their teams by organizing and executing projects to help clients meet their goals.
This role is part of Lyntons marketing services team that includes Specialists, Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing Strategists and Developers; the team provides consultative, custom solution design to support our clients HubSpot setup and operations efforts in a wide range of industries.
We work diligently to understand our clients sales and marketing processes so we can consult and build their needs inside of HubSpot for maximum impact.
In a nutshell, this is part consultant, client advocate, account manager and project manager rolled into one highly impactful role.
This role is for a real people-person who loves to solve problems for others and who manages (and successfully completes on-time and within budget) projects without losing sight of the tiniest details.
A majority of their time will be spent client-facing (communicating with clients via Zoom calls, email and phone), while the rest will be internal collaboration and project management.
The ability to skillfully negotiate and diplomatically create consensus among conflicting ideas will be of great benefit to the person in this role.
The candidate will demonstrate strong leadership when delegating the work amongst the team resources.
They should also show a willingness to collaboratively contribute to the growth and success of the company as a whole.
This is a remote position within the United States.

Key responsibilities:
Serve clients as their business consultant, #1 advocate, and HubSpot subject matter expert on their business, goals, and objectives
Maintain detailed documentation, both client-facing and internal, including project roadmap, strategy, requirements, presentation decks, and subject matter information
Responsible for achieving results and positive outcomes for their clients, building positive relationships, delivering 5-star service, and growing account revenue
Be a strategic HubSpot partner and advisor for clients, making recommendations on HubSpot strategy, project approach, timeline, and effective use of budget to achieve results
Conduct discovery, training, consultation, and strategy-focused conversations with clients around their HubSpot onboarding
Assists clients with HubSpot technical setup and implement determined portal requirements using HubSpot’s suite of tools (workflows, sequences, pipelines, etc.)
Up-sell and cross-sell proactively and when opportunities present themselves
Clearly translate client needs/requirements for internal teams including creative, strategy, and technical resources.
Likewise, communication flowing back to the client is clear, succinct, results-driven, and speaks their language
Coordinate and direct internal teams to meet the needs and milestones of each project ensuring you always have the right people in the right place, doing the right work for your client
Collaborate with internal team members to drive results for the client, identify risks and opportunities, and hold teams accountable to budget, timelines, productivity, process, standards, and results
Promote positive teamwork and collaboration in a remote environment, with an emphasis on team engagement and open sharing of skills and information
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in business or marketing, or proven equivalent industry experience with Inbound Marketing
Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing and Sales Hub are required, Service and Operations Hub are a bonus)
Professional consulting (client-facing) experience with accountability for results/outcomes, including managing dynamic priorities across multiple clients
Proven ability to oversee projects with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery
Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus
Agency experience is a plus
Fluency in other languages is a plus
Experience working remotely is a plus
