HR Compliance Manager
Job Description:
The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for human resources and compliance duties company wide. This position will prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll and manage the onboarding of new employees joining the company. The compliance responsibilities of this position will include, but not limited to, submission of applicable municipal and state registrations/licenses. Other responsibilities include assisting the CEO and senior leadership with projects as needed.
Job Duties and Essential Functions:
– Manage onboarding of employees joining the company
– Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll
– Employee file maintenance and periodic audits
– Managing company wide compliance in accordance with municipal, state and federal law/guidance
– Submitting applicable municipal and state registrations and licenses as needed
– Assisting the CEO and senior leadership with projects as they arise
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor/Associate degree required
– Must be 21 years of age
– Payroll/Compliance experience required
– Accounting background preferred
– Familiarity with Quickbooks preferred
– Knowledge of basic mathematics, writing and reading comprehension skills
– Must possess excellent computer software skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and web-based programs
– Flexibility to adapt to changing company priorities
– Ability to work on-site for 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
