Responsibilities & Duties Perform primary functions of managing homeowners associations Schedule and attend board, architectural design review and annual meetings Schedule and arrange for social functions associated with annual meetings Draft correspondence, newsletters and requests for proposals Maintain and publish neighborhood directories Respond to service and other requests Review financial statements, prepare variance reports and annual budgets Enforce community CC&Rs and Architectural Design Guidelines along with Builder/Developer responsibilities for HOA common areas Provide superior service and promptly respond to homeowners Manage community vendors Manage maintenance projects Qualifications & Skills Homeowners association management experience required Community management industry certification strongly preferred (CAAM or CMCA) or the ability to acquire within 6 months Customer service experience required Word/Excel, Adobe Photoshop Elements editing and PDF document editing Ability to transverse off road terrain during grounds inspections and developer/homeowner site inspections Knowledgeable with maintaining non county supported infrastructure, water, roads & sewer systems Basic electro-mechanical skills to understand and identify when service is required for remote infrastructure such as perimeter fences, washes, entrance gates, fountains, irrigation, landscape lighting and community sewer lift stations
