This includes the lead generation efforts for new products, net new customer acquisition, partner acquisition and development, targeted vertical growth and current customer cross selling.

Includes building out strategic plans that best leverage Heartland’s partnerships in order to drive marketing attributed revenue.What will you be doing?* Oversee a team of channel strategists who develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet marketing revenue goals and meet organizational growth objectives.* Lead planning and development of key initiatives that leverage Heartland’s partnership agreements with national associations, dealers, financial institutions, B2B partners, software developers and professional service providers in order to meet growth targets and increase leads.* Partner with Direct of Marketing Strategy to identify product growth opportunities within the partner network.* Maintain a broad understanding of product sets, targeted verticals and partner relationships to identify market growth opportunities, better ways to leverage relationships, market gaps and unmet needs and build strategies for growth.* Work with business development teams to evaluate growth opportunities within current and prospective channels and to build out strategies to leverage the partnerships to create growth and marketing attributable revenue.* Guide end-to-end strategy development for the channel marketing team and make adjustments to existing strategies based upon results in executed deliverables.

This includes product launch strategies, partner activation campaigns, content development, sales enablement tools and digital marketing.* Develop trackable tools for lead sources in all channels including sales, digital, partnership and events.

Partner with Digital Team to ensure digital marketing tactics are meeting goals and delivering a strong ROI.* Serve as part of a team that aims to bridge the gaps between product, business development, internal communications and marketing while striving to maintain a positive team oriented environment.* Serve as the voice of marketing within leadership teams including business development, product, sales and alternative distribution.* Serve as part of the marketing leadership team and drive forth revenue generation efforts with outside agencies, sales teams, partner agreements and product teams.* Understanding of the sales funnel, personas and customer journeys and strategic development of tools to meet customers where they are in the buying process.What are the requirements?* University Degree in Business or related field, advanced degree preferred* Minimum 7 Years managing cross-functional marketing teams* Minimum 10 years marketing experience* Minimum 2 years rev gen experience* A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture and works to build a team that is successful together* Experience of managing a creative or project management process including campaign development, sales tools, distribution plans and market deliverables* Knowledge of marketing automation tools and revenue tracking* Experience in competitive landscape research, go to market planning and B2B marketing* Minimum 5 Years strategic planning, marketing or otherwise* Product and/or project management experience a plus* Proven ability to effectively interact with Senior Executives* Exceptional written/oral communication skills* Experience with managing a campaign calendar and tracking KPIs* Entrepreneurial attitude and self-starter* Solid business acumen, and ability to learn multiple products and segments* Strong presentation and training skills* Ability to travel 15%Preferred qualifications:Experience in successfully managing a marketing team that is held highly accountable to a revenue target and return on investment.
