A COA Accredited Agency, CMCS has provided services in locations throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties, as well as the Bronx and Manhattan since 1946.
As the Site Director, you will play an integral role in the leadership, and operational aspects of the program.
Our Site Directors provide oversight of all program activities, ensure that staff monitors and records progress of each child, ensuring a healthy and safe environment, monitor and create all staff-schedules while working closely with the Education Director, Family Advocates, Custodians and Cooks.
Culturally-aware and passionate about social services in low-income neighborhoods.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters in Early Childhood Education, Human Services (or relevant field).
3-5 years of administrative and supervisory experience working in an early childhood setting.
Head Start experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Daily access to reliable transportation to Bronx, NY.
Flexible with assigned work location(s) assigned.
No remote option available.
Ability to pass and maintain acceptable record related to the mandated criminal background check process.
