DescriptionThe Mobile Director of Nursing is a division-wide interim clinical leader, responsible for the overall clinical operations of the Hospice agency or agencies they serve.
This role oversees the dynamic interdisciplinary team and works closely with the other leadership in the office to ensure compliance and excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities training, educating, and mentoring the clinical teams, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency.

(This may be higher by state specific regulation.) Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
