The Manager Store Operations is responsible for successfully implementing processes, initiatives, and events within the retail organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build a high-performance team through leading, coaching, and developing direct reportsBuild strong relationships across all business units and internal partners to ensure team is delivering on expected level of service and qualityLead a team that works cross-functionally to implement new processes and initiatives originating both internally within Retail Operations and from other business unitsCreate and manage detailed project plans, regular status updates, and ensure successful, on time, and on budget delivery of projectsOversee workload scheduling and act as a gatekeeper responsible for evaluating capacity, sequence, and optimal timing for store and field implementations.Meet regularly with functional teams to ensure projects remain on track and that goals are achieved through key performance objectivesTranslate complex technical or detailed information into a format that can be understood by a diverse audience using appropriate filters, priorities, communication vehicles, and templates.Establish feedback loops to measure the success of project pilots and all store rollouts.Lead, plan, and execute large-scale field and store events in both live and virtual formats, including technology and site selection, event planning, travel, and logistics.Facilitate effective communication between corporate, stores, and Field Leadership, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all field and store operations and a champion of stores.
