Guest Service is the number one focus in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES* Maintain a flexible schedule.* Effectively handle and fulfill all guest requests and/or concerns.* Ensure accuracy of all shift end paperwork and night audit reports.* Maintain proper inventory of office and operating supplies.* Meet or exceed RCI’s ratings for Gold Crown.* Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action.* Appropriately document accidents and incidents.* Create and maintain proper scheduling of employees.* Monitor all training processes.* Ensure safety compliance at the Front Desk.* Promote positive inter-departmental relationships.* Ensure front office operating costs are within budgetary guidelines.* Perform all other reasonable job requests as assigned by management.* Job Specifications:* Proficient in Word and Excel* Effective oral and written English communication skills.* Excellent customer service skills.* Minimum to two years front desk experience and one year supervisory experience.* Must have professional appearance.* Basic math and budgetary skills.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS* Customer service experience and/or timeshare customer service experience* Effective communication skills and proficient oral and written English language skills* Professional appearance that is clean, natural, polished, and professional* Open work availability for varied shifts, weekends and all holidays.* Cash and payment handling skills* Basic software and computer skills* Able to stand or sit for long periods of time* Capable of lifting 20 lbsEOE/Drug Free Workplace
