Job Duties include, but not limited to:Exceptionally perform and execute all the duties and responsibilities for a Guest Services Associate.

Hold meetings at the start of every shift to relay information on day’s events, team goals, safety and/or operational changes.Complete end of day closing procedures and reporting, quickly and accurately.Observe and react quickly to customer traffic flow and redirect team as needed.Assist with all guest service issuesWork well with others and effectively communicate to complete tasks and maintain a positive work environment.

Treat each team member fairly, without bias and be the example for employees to follow.Keep detailed notes on employee communications and meet weekly with management to review operations.Consistently monitor and ensure that all Ssafety protocols are being followed.
