As a both a people manager and strategic leader, you will operate as a “Player Coach” in the administrative and operations function.
You will manage individuals to align across disparate teams to provide a centralized service and communication point for all internal team processes.You willconceive, organize, promote and implement effective programmatic initiatives, lead triages, be hands-on in coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
You will drive and enable process improvements, work with your employees to define, schedule, track, and communicate the status of events and deliverables to other groups and executive management in support of an iterative program review process.*Responsibilities** Responsible and accountable for the operations and process management of multiple programs designed to enable: Channel Sales, Business Development, Leadership Development, Direct Sales, Account Management and International Teams* Manage and resolve escalations related to: registration and attendance, systems reporting, content storage and review, New Hire onboarding, major just in time events, all sales facing curriculum* Manage the program risks and embed a risk management process into the program from the outset* Communicate regularly and effectively will all stakeholders, within the team, within the organization, and with external stakeholders such as sales and support team leadership* Embed Quality Assurance processes into the Operations Team from the outset* Report overall program status to the Sales Productivity leadership group at regular intervals and on an ad-hoc basis* Responsible and accountable for deliverables from third parties as necessary* Create and maintain the operations management plan, showing an integrated realization of the key deliverables of the program* Put in place the governance and operational working practices of the operations team* Support automation of workflows between teams* Process support and automation across multiple systems including but not limited to the Microsoft 0365 Suite, NetSuite, OraDocs, OTube, DataFox, OCE*Requirements** Ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of the organization* A forward thinker who takes the initiative and identifies gaps in the team’s process and makes matrix environment recommendations* Ability to influence at all levels
