ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.The Role:You will be responsible for taking a global programmatic approach to recruitment for GSS key clients by acting as the SPOC for all global recruitment activity for our major clients with a focus on driving up fulfilment, reducing TTF and resolving any pipeline challenges.
You will support the optimization of recruitment operations in line with our key clients’ demands.Key responsibilities:Provide recruitment oversight to key GSS global programs and work closely with assigned Ops leads and regional recruitment teams to ensure quality and timely recruitment deliveryHas a global overview and understanding of all active & prospective roles for their programs under their remitGenerates weekly global reports per client detailing pipeline for all roles per campaignUnderstands pipeline challenges and collaborates with the regional recruitment teams and Ops team to ensure successful resolutionBuilds relationship with key client stakeholdersAttends client meeting to give recruitment updates and solutionsPartners with the Global Sourcing Hub to develop pro-active sourcing strategies to support global client programsTo be successful in the role, you will have:10+ years of experience in CRO, Agency or Recruitment role with 5+ years leading a team, clinical research industry is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree or local equivalent, in business, human resources, life sciences, medicine or related discipline.Demonstrated significant leadership and managerial skills.Proven experience of successfully managing Directors/Managers and/or complex environment & delivering business results.Effective manager of complex multidisciplinary decision makingProven track record of leading high profile initiatives.Ability to liaise successfully with all levels of management at DOCS, vendors, and clients.Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and internationallyBenefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
