A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Digital and Web Marketing team helps create engaging and interactive marketing materials in the digital and web space. As part of the team, you’ll help us with digital marketing campaigns, google analytics, social advertising, graphic design or a variety of other digital marketing tasks.

As the Digital Strategy and Innovation Director, this position will be responsible for developing the global strategy and innovation roadmap for pwc.com, and influencing business and territory stakeholders to create and drive an aligned and seamless client experience across the network.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing in, the execution of external/internal digital advertising programs, preferably within a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:

  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Suite at an expert level;
  • Transforming websites to generate measurable commercial results by creating a closed loop between marketing and sales to shorten lead times and improve client impact;
  • Integrating CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce preferable);
  • Driving strategy and innovation from business case development to implementation, working with internal and external partners and stakeholders, ideally in a B2B or services context;
  • Navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritising needs and creating actionable recommendations;
  • Establishing and maintaining governance across global websites ensuring performance and development is aligned to business and marketing objectives;
  • Monitoring external digital trends and acting as a subject matter expert on global website strategy and innovation;
  • Leading the development, testing and deployment of a complex global website across multiple territories;
  • Understanding and experience across a range of design approaches and research methodologies (e.g., product design, service design, systems thinking, UX, etc.);
  • Leveraging data to understand user preferences and created personalised experiences across the customer journey to deliver the right message to the right client at the right time on the right channel;
  • Building and managing relationships across a global network with senior leadership, including effectively managing a matrixed organization;
  • Leading and coaching teams to support professional development and delivery of quality work outcomes;
  • Navigating complex situations while applying firm policies and procedures to enable compliance across the network; and,
  • Driving difficult conversations with senior business stakeholders and being confident in saying no to all levels of the organisation when necessary by relating strategy to difficult decisions.
