Global Director, Product Marketing – Remote

This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted December 23, 2021.

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Global Director of Product Marketing to define, develop, and implement global marketing and product portfolio strategies including market development to support new product commercialization and deliver timely deliverables for clients.

You will be able to help to create and manage product lifecycle plans to drive and achieve growth expectations for the Frost & Sullivan product line. 

The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate strategic alignment, priority, and facilitate cross-departmental development of commercializing new products and execute tactics for portfolio life cycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Value and Product Marketing team with a focus on developing value propositions, product positioning, and best practices to promote the various offerings of Frost & Sullivan
  • Support the Global VP of Marketing in strategic decision making, product messaging and value proposition, and identifying opportunities and threats in a global market.
  • Work closely with the sales organization to segment and prioritize customers and prospects for Frost & Sullivan.
  • Provide clarity and direction to the marketing operations and regional marketing managers on product positioning
  • Lead the team in executing on strategy and working with cross functional teams to develop training, education, and other sales/marketing collateral.
  • Develop operational initiatives to improve cost, quality, efficiencies and profitability
  • Foster relationships with key individuals/organizations within the industry

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing product management, 5+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
  • Proven track record of setting direction for your team, working with Senior Leaders to understand insights and design strategy and establish priorities
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Highly developed business acumen
  • Understanding of global differences in market needs and geographical marketing landscape
  • Proven track record of successful marketing / business / portfolio management concepts and methodologies, as well as assessment tools, practices and techniques
