Job Summary:A Global Brand Director is responsible for maximizing the commercial value of a specific indication(s) and/or tumor type(s) under the direction of the Global Brand Lead.
Responsible for actively contributing to the development of the global brand strategy and for leading the development and execution of the tactical plan in support of the global brand strategy.
Responsibilities:Lead in developing the global brand messages, campaign and brand bookMain point of contact with Agency of Record (AOR)Lead Brand Planning Process with Regions and Global FunctionsLead GMT Meetings (with oversight/delegation from Global Brand Lead)Provide formal and informal leadership across extended region and HQ team membersManage forecast for specific indication or tumor typeDevelop and Update TPPs
– MAPs, EPPsContribute to DP2 & DP3 & Prioritization Commercial Assessments Accountable for identification of key business questions and application of customer insights Responsible for identifying data gaps and working with MR to address themProactively identify challenges for brand success and develop mitigation plansInform launch sequencing with GBT-L and GMA&PEnsure alignment on projects with cross-functional and regional counterpartsSupport trade name developmentLead package designResponsible for the execution of launch readinessQualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.Education/Experience:BA or BS degree is required and an emphasis in health sciences preferred.
MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical business experience.
Minimum of 3 years of Oncology marketing experience required.
Prior experience in country-level marketing and leading launch readiness teams.
Global launch experience with new products in oncology strongly preferred.Ability to travel up to 25%; frequent overnight and international travel.Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.
