Sayres is seeking a GFE Raytheon Interface – Operations Manager (Mid) with Secret Clearance located in Pascagoula, MS. Responsibilities This position includes: * Responsible for the management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
Qualifications & Clearance Requirements Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates * Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
* 7-14 Years’ experience in production management.
Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates * Bachelor’s level degree.
* 15+ years relevant experience in production management of electronic/network on DoD/Navy Ship Programs.
* Experience with shipboard production compliance, government furnished equipment (GFE), reporting and resolving issues during construction, test and trials, and interfacing with commercial vendors to coordinate delivery and installation of GFE equipment. * Secret Clearance verifiable in JPAS.
