Position: General Manager (Dallas Branch)

Compensation: $100K base + significant profit sharing!

Location: Dallas, TX

General Manager role will handle duties as Sales/Business Development and Warehouse Operations. As manager, the incumbent will oversee and build a team of sales and warehouse staff. Ideal candidate will have a MBA, leadership in business development and operations, and is a fluent Spanish speaker! Focus for the first year is not purely on profit, but also long term vision for development of Dallas branch. This company is selective about candidates with optimal culture fit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer and vendor relationships

• Develop solutions to best fit customer needs

• Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects in Dallas area

• Create customer quotes and invoices

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

• Purchase, manage and control inventory

• Safely move stock via Forklift, by hand or by F250 Truck and Gooseneck Trailer as appropriate

• Manage and maintain warehouse location, vehicles, equipment

• Required lifting/moving: It is likely that you will regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

• Continuously learn and develop extensive product knowledge

Requirements:

• Advanced degree, MBA strongly preferred

• Certified Forklift Driver (or quickly obtain certification)

• Ability to safely lift at least 50 lbs on a consistent basis

• Previous experience in inventory management or control systems

• Demonstrated ability to “follow through” to completion; accountable

• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement (hands-on, mechanical, tools) for projects as needed

• Solid time management skills

• Flexible, adaptable, team-player mindset to manage multiple responsibilities

• Preference for bilingual English/Spanish-speaking leader
