No greasy messes.Tech Savvy tools for success2 weeks paid vacation5 personal days off6 extra days off for holidays401k with company matchAffordable health care with HSA company matchExcellent leadership team that is people focusedGreat company support where everyone knows your nameRequired CompetenciesAt least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry.Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position.1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.1 year of scheduling experience.2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience.5 years of cash handling experience.5 years of customer service experience.1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics.Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM.Active ServSafe Certification preferred.At least 18 years of age.High school Diploma/Equivalency.Valid Driver’s License.A leader and role model for the employees Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred Top-notch customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Must submit to a background check
