Fundraising and grant manager

BFAIR a large non-profit Human Services agency as a unique and exciting new career opportunity!

We are seeking a 20hr/wk Fundraising and Grant Manager to design, guide, execute, evaluate, and continually improves BFAIR’s donor strategies.

This position is responsible for a lead role in grant writing and support as needed with service bids and proposals.

Qualification: BA/BS with 5-7 years of successful fundraising and grant writing experience.

Knowledge of fundraising strategies, proficient in donor database systems, the ability to utilize data and information to measure and evaluate fundraising performance.

Must be an effective communicator, including writing and presentation skills, ability to work independently and compliance with deadlines.

Must have flexible schedule in order to attend events that may occur in the early morning, evenings and weekends.
