Overview:
Responsible for overseeing and performing the daily activities and production of subcontractor and in-house aerial/underground FTTH construction and splicing crews. The Field Supervisor helps set the direction for the construction work and removes roadblocks so the crew members will be successful, the customer will be satisfied and the project profitable. The Field Supervisor shall not have the authority to enter into any contract on behalf of the company. Specific duties include:
