ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· The Food & Beverage Service Manager is responsible for directing and facilitating food and beverage service with a focus on accountability and delivering exceptional, high-quality service.

· Developing and managing all aspects of food and beverage service, including, but not limited to staff recruiting, coaching and creating a positive work environment that supports exceptional service.

· Working in cooperation with the Clubhouse Manager with the recruiting and orientation of food and beverage service personnel.

· Developing and facilitating an ongoing training program for food and beverage service personnel. Providing exceptional member service is of the utmost importance.

· Directing the execution of dining in assigned areas.

· Directing the preparation and execution of service for private parties and events, including on-course service as requested.

· Ensuring a well-prepared and presentable staff that meets Miramont’s standards in professional appearance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Passion to continue to grow and advance in the Hospitality Industry

· Great attitude

· Highly motivated

· Good communication skills

· Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

· Ability to stand on feet for extended period of time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to handle or feel. The employee is required to sit and reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to multi-task and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Pay: $33,372.00 – $102,596.00 per year
