After 35 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries.We are currently seeking a *Regional Engineering Manager *for our West Texas Branch!The Regional Branch Engineer will be the primary technical resources for Customers in our West Texas Branch.

This role provides a crucial information link between Customers, Sales Representatives, Engineering and Production Teams.Essential responsibilities include * Providing appropriate, qualified sealing solutions to customers in a timely and effective manner while ensuring customer expectations are met; * Work closely with customers on seal installations, analysis/troubleshooting and coordinating service needs; * Regularly communicating with Sales, Customers, Application Engineering and Design and Production teams on customer needs; * Working directly with the onsite Repairs Manager regarding order change requests, re-commitment deliveries dates, general deliver dates/information and special handling needs, ensuring that all parties are up to date on account and order needs; and* Effectively demonstrating independent problem-solving abilities while concurrently communicating updates and needs.Preferred Skills * Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with customers; and* 4 year degree in engineering, engineering technology or business* Strong mechanical aptitude and drafting experience a plus!If you are applying, please include a brief cover letter with your application.
