Fitness Sales Manager

This is a Full-time position in Portland, OR posted January 25, 2022.
-Manage all service oriented aspects of business. I.E. Manage trainers, design scheduling, design workout schedules, hire-train-develop a team.
-Recruit, hire, and manage personal trainers
-Manage all front end aspects of the business. I.E. Educating new members, complimentary workouts, assessments, body analysis, results managing, selling new programs.
-Work with marketing, operations, and all new members to achieve the perfect club atmosphere
-Sell personal training programs
-Do fitness evaluations and assessments
-Must have personal training certification. If you do not have certification but are a qualified applicant. Apply anyways, we will assist you in getting certified if we choose to hire you.
