Status: Full Time
Compensation: $19.00 hourly + $1,000 sign-on BONUS + monthly BONUSES + opportunity for fast paced growth!

DaBella is currently looking to hire a Field Marketing-Canvass Manager in Training (CMIT) to assist in overseeing our Field Marketing Department.

This individual will help drive the overall production of leads being generated door-to-door while training, coaching, and driving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Our CMIT’s are an important part of our growth!
What the ideal candidate brings to the table:

Naturally assertive, and determined to achieve goals
Paid comprehensive training where you will be taught our effective 6 step process on how to generate leads, how to effectively speak with homeowners, and the leadership skills you need to succeed
Ability to speak with confidence to homeowners
Be able to motivate and encourage your team at any given moment to help with overall morale and production
Ability to set and achieve daily goal

Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous leadership/management experience is recommended but not required
Previous Sales or Canvass experience is a plus
