A fast-growing, Houston-area fence company has an immediate opening for a construction project manager.
The project manager will manage all jobsite construction work including direct hire and subcontract work in accordance with contract requirements, and established policies, procedures, systems on small and large projects.
The manager will ensure that construction schedules, safety, quality standards, and client satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process.
The qualified candidate should have 5 or more years of project experience, and knowledge of construction management.Construction Project Manager responsibilities:
· Leadership and supervision of the field management team focused on achieving safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
· Liaison between the field and the support.
· Accountable for vendor and material management
· Drives scopes of work to their construction standards.
· Contract compliance, within the allocated budget.
· Monitors project status and reports to ensure profitability goals and management of cash/cost/billing.
Oversees site safety and security.
· Leadership aimed at achieving high productivity and overall cost management.
· Timely and effectively managing contract changes.
· Uses negotiation skills to consistently resolves disputes.
· Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.Experience:Construction management: 3 years (Required)
