Prior experience in luxury re-commerce is preferred, but not required.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Create a positive environment of accountability at every level, setting the pace by showing strong follow-through and constant coaching of all Studio personnelPromotes, as the leader, through the highest professional standard of conduct by always acting in the best interest of Fashionphile and fellow employeesMaintain an efficient and highly functional studio and office, ensuring that the team is meeting a high standard of client serviceCommunicate the highest of expectations and constantly elevating the productivity of the studioConsistently seek ways to improve the client experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiativesUtilize internal Calendar to schedule buying and selling appointments to maximize Studio productivity and flowGain proficiency in internal system in order to assist clients with sales, returns, orders and other transactions via phone, email or in personStay up-to-date on Fashionphile services, policies and procedures and communicate any updates to the Studio teamImmediate and open communication to resolve all client concerns, complaints and inquiries within a timely mannerComplete all required Fashionphile training sessions, both on-line and in person relating to the functions of Procurement SpecialistCreate quotes for Studio clients using employee’s experience, training manuals and provided guides to identify the brand, style, and store price and create appropriate consignment and/or buyout offers that adhere to current buying strategies.When not in Studio appointment, assist with online quote requests.Communicate effectively any announcements, updates, guidance to Studio team as relayed by leadershipEnsure there is proper staffing for Studio needs at all timesGreet, check-in Studio clients and offer refreshmentsVerify and update clients account informationMaintain showroom back stock areas and suppliesSupport Showroom/Studio Regional Manager in all areas, as neededParticipate in cross-training and be flexible to perform varying roles whenever necessaryWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Experience managing people in a retail & service environmentProven track record of recruiting high performing and accountable teamsTrue passion for helping people & creating a positive client experienceKnowledge of high-end luxury products and accessoriesStrong organization skills, with focus on execution, problem solving and improving processes.Confident & professional verbal & written communicationsAbility to thrive and manage in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Extreme attention to detail with the ability to multitaskMotivated self-starter with a high efficiency work styleCritical thinking & adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.Exceptional time management skills and accountabilityTeam player with an ability to work collaboratively.WHAT YOU’LL GET:On-the-job trainingEmployer paid health-care coverage for employeeHSA and FSA optionsEmployee DiscountDental and vision coverageLong Term Disability InsuranceFree Life Insurance and AD& D Commuter Benefits PlanPaid vacation and sick time401(k) plan with generous matchIEhagKBxiY
