The External Partnerships Program Manager acts as the primary interface for their assigned partners.
Interpersonal skills are vital, as are communication and influencing at multiple levels..
The partnerships are from a wide range of partners to accelerate the advancement of the DEI and Social Impact agenda, not only for Intel but also the Industry.
This role needs to design and ensure the execution of a progressive, innovative, forward-thinking, and highly collaborative strategies leveraging the market trends.This Program Manager needs to seek and develop unique partnerships as well as align with the team groups that manage traditional strategic partnerships while strengthening and expanding existing partnerships.

Our team is focused on creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their full skillsets to drive better business outcomes.Responsibilities may include:* Manages projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity that are focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and social impact.* Drives accountability, disciplined execution and is key interface to the project or contributors.* Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion.* Identifies tasks and needs, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.* Drive accountability with partners and stakeholders.* Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.* Manage relationship between Intel and assigned external partners, and regularly update internal stakeholders with opportunities and deadlines* Develop annual sponsorship strategy, execution plan, and roadmap, for each assigned external partner in alignment with GDIS priorities and External Partnerships MRC direction.* Set up success metrics and annually assess the ROI of each existing external partnership via a defined process and vetting new potential partners with input & prioritization from internal stakeholders.* Manage the budget and process to review, sign, and process payment as well as program grants for annual contracts/sponsorships with external partners* Participate in external partner meetings and conference & event planning meetings on behalf of Intel and share passdowns with internal stakeholders* Manage Intel’s presences at external partner events (on-site or virtual)* Conduct broad assessments and research of industry and partners to help Intel learn and grow* Communicate annual calendar & deadlines to internal stakeholders for annual opportunities on the External Partnerships MRC* Create and manage the process for annual assessment of external partner award opportunities with input & prioritization from internal stakeholders on which award nominations to participate in for the year:* Consolidate and align with internal stakeholders on the external partner award opportunities, deadlines, and who will own each award applications for the year* Collect required award application packets from stakeholders* Facilitate required signatures from GDIS leadership or above on application packet* Include internal stakeholders in the final review process of nominations* Manage the award submission process and partner with internal team members on content and data points* Assess ROI with internal stakeholders for Intel after the nomination and selection process* Manage development of content and collateral needed for external partner events and sponsorships (i.e.
ad copy, paid sponsorship materials, digital assets, digital site / assets, case study/white papers).
Manage agency or contractor partners to deliver on time and on budget.
Engage PR / ECEB when the teams are scoped to support moments.
(i.e.
significant Alliance updates).* Develop social media strategy for GDIS topics and moments, write posts and maintain content calendar management.
Partner with global CDIO exec comms for integration of messaging and CDIO posts.* Manage the day to day management of thought-leadership vendor, internal process and stakeholder management.
Lead the program updates for 2.0 such as implementing automation and self-serve portal / intake form, capabilities and criteria, speaker onboarding and training and execution of related speaker deliverables.A successful candidate will demonstrate:* Project management skills to create process and follow through with major stakeholders / customers* Communicator, including social media expertise* Flawless execution and attention to detail, balanced with strategic thinking.* Stakeholder management and influencing skills, be credible and confident interacting at multiple levels of the organization and partners.* Results-driven to quantify impact/ROI.* Analytical skills, mine data for insights.* Team player and collaborator.* Proven program management skills.* Communication Skills (written and verbal).* Skills at developing and providing presentations to senior leaders.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
