We are looking for Sales Representatives that can quickly drive new business as well as grow existing accounts.
Role responsibilities include: Prospecting into net-new accounts to discover, develop, and close opportunitiesDeveloping existing accounts through increasing spend on existing services and creating new revenues through additional servicesManaging and closing web-based leadsConducting remote client meetings via web presentationsConducting occasional onsite visits with clients in the greater Houston areaPartnering with subject matter experts in product management and operations as needed at appropriate points in the sales cycleWorking Monday through Friday, standard business hours, at our corporate office in Houston reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager Preferred candidate attributes: A strong willingness to be coachedDemonstrated success in exceeding quota, preferably in a direct sales capacityAt least 2 years of college educationStrong desire to work under a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earningsLive currently or willing to move within 20 miles of the Houston Westchase DistrictExcellent planning and organizing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and telephone skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively over the phone at all levels and across diverse cultures Compensation for this position is highly dependent on individual performance.
