Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs Sterling-Hoffman Executive Search Located in: Chicago, Illinois A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is currently seeking an Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs to join their team.

The role will be challenging but also highly rewarding and this leader will be a key voice in the company.

Job responsibilities include: 1) Resolve complex projects’ issues 2) Interpret regulatory policies and guidelines 3) Lead the development of regulatory strategic plans 4) Prepare and review documents for regulatory submissions 5) Interact with external vendors 6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams 7) Comply with company’s policies and procedures 8) Interpret, plan and communicate regulatory requirements 9) Plan, organize, supervise and conduct regulatory activities 10) Perform other duties as assigned CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS 1) A university degree is required.

Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field 2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please) 3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred 4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in regulatory affairs management This position is critical to the team and requires a talent who is both driven and highly skilled.
