Must have strong financial acumen, proven track record of leading and developing a leadership team, and excellent communication skills.Other requirements include Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated success in reducing front-line turnover.
