A dynamic leader is needed to drive results in an assisted living / memory care community.
Must have strong financial acumen, proven track record of leading and developing a leadership team, and excellent communication skills.Other requirements include Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated success in reducing front-line turnover.
2 5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care Excellent knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management Current state required license Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis in Excel.Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, PTO, 401k, and more.
