– Located in Sequim, WA A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Sequim, WA is currently seeking an Executive Director.
Responsibilities of the Executive Director
– Home Health Care: Lead and direct the overall operation of day to day business of agency in accordance with federal, state and local governance and regulations.
Participates in development of all the agency’s objectives, standards or operational policies and procedures affecting business operations.
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance measures and compliance related issues.
Oversee policy development in conjunction with Director of Patient Services and Director of Human Resources for the implementation of “Best Practices” while expanding upon active compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
· Directs supervision of all corporate staff.
Qualifications of the Executive Director
– Home Health Care: Must have Administrator experience Must be a strong leader with great communication skills and a willingness to work both hard and smart.
Must be a self-starter and energetic Must have strong managerial skills Have a WA Administrator License Have experience in Long Term Care
