To sell and service hotel, services, and staff of the Hotel in accordance with the hotel business/marketing plans in order to meet or exceed budgeted catering sales department revenue goals.
They will assist and support business strategies as directed by the Director of Sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (include the following.

Seek guidance from DOC prior to expenditure.
Provide reporting to the DOSM on key business booked, cancelled or periods of opportunity.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience:
Two to four years related experience and/or training preferably in a catering/sales role; you must possess a minimum of 2 + years in a similar position in a similar environment to be successful in this role.
