Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Directly supervises 2 or more employees in an escrow branch of substantial size or in a branch where the Branch Manager is frequently out of the office calling on clients.
• Has daily responsibility for scheduling and directing workflow.
• Conducts performance reviews and recommends hiring and termination actions.
• Implements new or revised policies and procedures.
• Performs audits and recommends corrective actions. Executes corrective actions.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

• Prior experience as Senior Escrow Officer
• Knowledge of operations policies, procedures and legalities relevant to title industry

Typical Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Range of Experience

• Previous experience as Senior Escrow Officer plus at least 3 years experience as supervisor in escrow or title operations/escrow product areas.
