In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager to bring passion, high energy and enthusiasm to the role and to drive demand and contribute to the organization’s pipeline through field marketing activities.
We’re looking for someone who has a sound understanding of marketing mix optimization, strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
WHAT’S YOUR IMPACT?
• Develop, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns for defined markets to increase awareness and drive demand into target accounts across multiple verticals
• Build a strong relationship with field sales to understand target markets and key GTM strategies, as well as the value drivers suitable for the market, region and persona to be used as a foundation for building the marketing strategy
• Develop a strategic marketing plan based upon sales cycle length, pipeline stages, conversion rates, and intent data
• Understand the overall business and regional/ market plans and strategies (i.e.: contribution to revenue) and how field marketing can support those objectives and prioritization
• Enablement of Field Sales Team including attending weekly meetings and QBRs, providing guidance on sales tools, assisting with local marketing activities and communicating marketing content for use in campaigns
• Serve as an advocate for field sales during marketing planning meetings
• Content writing including emails, ad copy, etc.

• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and budgets
• Manage marketing tools such as Triblio (account-based advertising), Pathfactory and webinar platforms
• Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across executives, sales, marketing and product teams to build strong relationships and alignment
• Optimize marketing spend for marketing investments (e.g., digital, media, events, email marketing and nurturing)
• Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
• Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging
• Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc.) and content to the buyer’s journey, region and/or market.
IS IT IN YOU?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related
• 5 -7 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing across multiple US regions
• Experience marketing SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred
• Experience building strong alignment with field sales
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Sales
• Event management experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools and attribution tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
(Eloqua, SFDC and Full Circle Insights preferred)
• Metrics-driven, with a commitment to deliver against marketing sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to make day-to-day business decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
